On 1 Dec 2014, the World Trade Organization (WTO) adopted the notification G/TBT/N/THA/1/Rev.1 regarding the new labelingiron gluconate dosing criteria for prezinc bisglycinate doctor’s best-packaged foods, notified by the Thai Food and Drug Administration on 9 Sep this year. The new regulation entitled “The Labeling for Pre-packaged Fkal magnesium glycinate 400oods” (draft) wmagnesium citrate liquid dosage for adultsas released in the Thai official Gazette on the 1st of Jun 2014 and became effective 180 days after, on the 3rd of Dec 2014. It iron bisglycinate elemental ironwill replace the old Ministry of Public Health food labeling regulation, (No.194), which has been in place since 2000.
