Kemin Industries Has Started Work on a New Quality Control Laboratory

Kemin Industries has started work on a new quality control lchelated zinc for hair lossaboratory that is being built at its worldwide headqmagnesium bioemblemuarters in Des Moines, Iowa.

The company says that it is investing $8 million in the lab, which will bring together scientists from its various business units, with the aim of enhansleep supplement zmacing collaboration.

The new facility will include 15,000 square feet of functional showcase labs to exhibit Kemin’s analytical technologies, which ensure the standards of the company’s finished goods. It is expected to open in mid-2021.

The project will see more than 30 scientists from Kemin’s human and animal health and nutrition, food technologies and pet food business units join the company’s Central Analytical Laboratory for Target Analytes and Xenobiotics (CALTAX) lab.

CALTAX manages the testing of raw material hazards, including dioxins, pesticides and antibiotics.
